IHWB is a non-profit, non-governmental, organization. IHWB forms under the core values of compassion, respect, dignity, integrity, and teamwork which have become IHWB’s lasting endeavor to serve those affected by the post-war consequences. Its overarching goals include, but are not limited to, maintaining the Biên Hòa Cemetery, and providing scholarships for underprivileged students abroad.
